Efsi – T-Ford 1919 Pickup Truck "Harborne & Sparkhill"


Scale model of a pickup truck, the T-Ford 1919 Pickup Truck "Harborne & Sparkhill", made by Efsi. I do not know the reference of this model and to which series it belongs. It is made in Holland, possibly in the 1980s. Plastic cab and cargo bed in dark green. Metal hood, fenders and running boards painted in olive green. Removable tarp in beige plastic. "HARBORNE & SPARKHILL" printed on the cargo bed sides. Metal base painted in black. Windshield glazing represented in transparent plastic. Interior cab details in white plastic. Plastic wheels, dark green rims, orangey plastic tires (which I jokingly call "caramel tires") with molded shoulder blocks.The ensemble simulates wooden "artillery wheels", used on the Ford Model T until the mid-1920s. No suspension. The nominal scale is 1:62 and the overall length is approximately 2.8 in. About 1.2 oz. This model represents a pickup truck derived from the Ford Model T from 1919. It is made by Efsi in several versions. ●

Modelo à escala de uma camioneta, a T-Ford 1919 Pickup Truck "Harborne & Sparkhill", feito pela Efsi. Desconheço a referência deste modelo e a que série pertence. É feito na Holanda, possivelmente nos anos oitenta. Cabina e caixa de carga em plástico verde-escuro. Capot, pára-lamas e estribos em metal pintados em verde-azeitona. Lona amovível em plástico bege. "HARBORNE & SPARKHILL" impresso nos taipais. Base em metal pintada em preto. Vidro do pára-brisas representado em plástico transparente. Detalhes interiores na cabina em plástico branco. Rodas em plástico, jantes verde-escuras, pneus em plástico alaranjado (aos quais chamo a brincar de "pneus de caramelo") reproduzindo os blocos do ombro. O conjunto simula "rodas de artilharia" em madeira, utilizadas no Ford Model T até meados dos anos vinte. Sem suspensão. A escala nominal é 1:62 e o comprimento total é de aproximadamente 70 mm. Cerca de 33 g. Este modelo representa uma camioneta derivada do Ford Model T de 1919. É feito pela Efsi em diversas versões. ●

Toy representing an automobile, the Auto ¹ , made by Technofix . This example is presumably reference GE-313, from the "City Traffic – Drive & Park" set (313). It is made in Germany (Western Germany), possibly in 1966. Metal body (pressed tinplate) lithographed in white, with black top and representation of various details. Metal (tinplate) base. Pressed metal wheels. The left rear wheel benefits from a special construction with a hard rubber rim to increase traction. Wind-up mechanism with "clutch" ² . License plate "GE-313". Rajá – Colecção Espacial

Miniatures of human and alien figures constituting the series " Colecção Espacial ". This series of 16 miniatures appears in 1970 associated with the Rajá ice cream brand, which offers a figurine on each ice cream purchased. Monochrome plastic, various colors. Although the figurines themselves do not have movable or removable parts, two of them, offered separately, can be fitted together – the Capitão Roskoff and his Disco Volante. The height of the figurines varies between approximately 0.9 and 1.4 in. About 0.1 to 0.2 oz. These miniatures depict a group of astronauts, aliens and a smiling robot.
