Yatming – Ford Thunderbird

Metal body painted in brown. Black plastic base. Glazing represented in transparent plastic. Interior details in white plastic. Plastic wheels with "chrome" details simulating the rims. With suspension. The nominal scale seems to be around 1:76 and the overall length is approximately 2.8 in (72 mm). About 0.8 oz (23 g). This model, the Ford Thunderbird, represents the 1972 Ford Thunderbird , possibly equipped with the 7.5 L (7530 cm³), 167 kW (227 hp) 385 V8 engine. Top speed would exceed 120 mph (193 km/h).  On the 1:1 scale, the 1972 Ford Thunderbird has a strong presence. Its length of 214 inches (5,44 m) and a curb weight of more than 4800 pounds (2177 kg) when equipped with the 385 V8 460 engine, confirm this. This model in the " custom " style, the '69 Chevelle SS 396, is based on the 1969 Chevrolet Chevelle SS 396 Hardtop Coupe. I like to think this Chevelle came equipped with the RPO L78 option, meaning a 6.5 L (6490 cm³), 280 kW (380 hp)  L78 Big-Block V8 engine under the hood. This model, the Plymouth, is possibly based on the 1975 Plymouth Duster 360 coupe, equipped with the 5.9 L (5898 cm³), 172 kW (233 hp) LA 360 V8   engine. With suspension. The nominal scale seems to be around 1:65 and the overall length is approximately 2.7 in (69 mm). About 0.8 oz (23 g). This model, the Chevrolet, represents the Chevrolet Astro I " concept car " designed by Roy Lonberger and unveiled by General Motors at the 1967 " New York International Auto Show ". It was cosmetically equipped with the same air-cooled, horizontally-opposed 6-cylinder engine used by the second-generation Chevrolet Corvair . This automobile, the Chevrolet , is in my collection under the themes "American Vehicles" and "Concept Cars". ●

Hot Wheels – 1/4 Mile Coupe

Metal body painted in metallic purple. Metal base, unpainted. Glazing represented in transparent plastic. Interior details in "chrome" plastic. Plastic wheels with "chrome" details simulating the rims (5SP). No suspension. The nominal scale is 1:64 and the overall length is approximately 3 in (77 mm). About 1.4 oz (39 g). This model, the 1/4 Mile Coupe, represents a " hot rod ", featuring an exposed "V8" engine with oversized exhaust pipes. The name 1/4 Mile Coupe is a reference to the usual distance of a "drag race", a quarter mile – 1⁄4 mi or 1320 ft (402 m)  In fact, I'm not sure if this 1/4 Mile Coupe is a "hot rod" with the claim to be a racing car (" Fuel Altered "? "Competiton Coupe"?)

BBurago – 1941 Willys Coupe

It is made in China, possibly in 2015. Metal body painted in metallic blue. Black plastic base. Glazing represented in transparent plastic with molded details in the windshield. Plastic wheels with the rims painted in metallic gray. No suspension. The nominal scale seems to be around 1:55 and the overall length is approximately 3.1 in. About 1.6 oz. This model represents an automobile in the " hot rod " style, the 1941 Willys Coupe, based on the 1941  Willys Americar coupe.  The 1941–1942 Willys Americar is a low-cost, economical car with a power output of 60 hp from the 2199 cm³ in-line four-cylinder "Go-Devil" engine. Nothing exciting, but its modern appearance and affordable price guarantee a reasonable sales success until production is interrupted by the outbreak of World War II
