Brumm – Locomobile "Old 16"

Scale model of a race car, the Locomobile "Old 16"   ¹ , made by Brumm . This example is reference r20, included in the " Serie Oro ". It is made in Italy. This is an early 1980s example. Metal body painted in grayish blue. Racing number " 16 " printed on the radiator grille and applied as a decal to the sides of the hood and fuel tank. Metal base painted in grayish blue, replicating the chassis. On the chassis, partial reproduction, in gray plastic, of the engine and gearbox. Spare tire mounted at the rear, attached to the fuel tank. Details of the cockpit in plastic, including the steering wheel in black (metal column) and the seats in black and grayish blue. Firewall (with reproduction of the dashboard) and floor in textured brown plastic suggesting wood. Detailed rubber tires, brown plastic spoked wheels with axle nuts in " brass ". No suspension. This is a pre-1979 example. Metal body painted in light green. Metal fenders and running boards painted in medium green. Metal base replicating the chassis, painted in medium green. Spare tires mounted on the running board. No glazing on the metal windshield. Interior details in plastic, including the black steering wheel and red seats and floor. Dashboard molded into the base of the windshield. Rubber tires detailed with thread and shoulder blocks, plastic spoked rims in " chrome " plastic. No suspension. License plate " JN 6563 ". The nominal scale is 1:44 and the overall length is approximately 4.4 in. Universal Hobbies – Ford Model T

Scale model of an automobile, the Ford Model T   ¹ , made by Universal Hobbies  ² . This example is reference 4660  ³ , included in the " Legend Series ". It is made in China. Metal body painted in black, black plastic top folded down. Black plastic base, comprising in a single element the fenders, running boards and a reproduction of the chassis. Transparent plastic windshield, black painted frame. Interior details in black plastic – unpainted seats, the firewall (" dashboard ") painted brown to suggest wood and the steering wheel detailed in gray and " brass ". Detailed plastic tires, black plastic spoked rims with " brass " wheel fasteners. No suspension. Nominal scale is 1:43 and overall length is approximately 3.3 in. About 1.5 oz. This model represents an automobile, a Ford Model T with "touring" bodywork, from 1912, equipped with a 4-cylinder in-line engine with 176.7 cu in and 20 hp (15 kW). Top speed was approximately 45 mph.

Metal body painted in gold color, top in brownish-red (maroon). Metal base painted in gold color, comprising in a single element the fenders, running boards and a reproduction of the chassis. Spare tire mounted at the rear. No glazing on the metal windshield. Interior details in plastic, including the black steering wheel and brownish-red seats. Plastic tires detailed with shoulder blocks, spoked rims in metal (brass). No suspension. Removable plastic top. The nominal scale is 1:48 and the overall length is approximately 3.3 in. About 2 oz. This model represents an automobile, a Cadillac 1913   ²  with "roadster" bodywork, from 1913, equipped with a 4-cylinder in-line engine with 365.9 cu in  ³  and " 40–50 hp "  ⁴  (29–37 kW).
