Poliguri – Porsche 911

Scale model of an automobile, the Porsche 911 ¹, made by Tootsietoy and circumstantially sold in Portugal in Poliguri packaging. This example is reference T151-2 ², presumably included in the "Guri Car" series ³. It is made in China, possibly in the 1990s. Metal body painted in red, decorated with a decal on the hood. Black top, folded down. Black plastic base. Windshield glazing represented in transparent plastic. Interior details in white plastic. Plastic wheels with "chrome" details simulating the rims. With suspension. Opening doors. The nominal scale seems to be 1:54 and the overall length is approximately 3.1 in. About 1.1 oz. This model represents an automobile, possibly a 1983 Porsche 911 SC Cabriolet, equipped with the 2994 cm³ (3.0 L), 172 hp (127 kW) Porsche air-cooled "flat-6" engine. Top speed around 136 mph. ●

Este exemplar é a referência T151-2 ², presumivelmente incluída na serie "Guri Car" ³. É feito na China, possivelmente nos anos oitenta. Carroçaria em metal pintada em vermelho, decorada com um decalque sobre o capot. Capota preta, recolhida. Base em plástico preto. Vidro do pára-brisa representado em plástico transparente. Detalhes interiores em plástico branco. Rodas em plástico com detalhes "cromados" a simular as jantes. Com suspensão. Abre as portas. A escala nominal parece ser à volta de 1:54 e o comprimento total é de aproximadamente 79 mm. Cerca de 31 g. Este modelo representa um automóvel, possivelmente um Porsche 911 SC Cabriolet de 1983, equipado com o motor Porsche "flat-6" refrigerado a ar de 2994 cm³ (3.0 L) e 172 hp (127 kW). Poliguri "Guri Car"

The "Guri Car" series comprises at least 14 references, including the Unimog, several versions of the Mercedes-Benz TN, the Mercedes-Benz 200, the Fiat Uno and the Peugeot 405 Prototype. Although essentially a low-cost offer, Tootsietoy's model is robust and reasonably detailed – take a look at the steering wheel, for example. The doors work well and include the wing mirrors – another nice detail. Although a bit "chubby", the proportions of the iconic 911 are well done, especially on the sides and rear. ●

Ainda que essencialmente uma proposta económica, o modelo da Tootsietoy é robusto e razoavelmente detalhado – repare-se, por exemplo, no volante. As portas funcionam bem e incluem os espelhos retrovisores – outro bom detalhe. Ainda que algo "gordinhas", as proporções do icónico 911 estão bem conseguidas, sobretudo nos flancos e na traseira. ●
