It is made in Holland, possibly in the 1980s. Plastic cab and cargo box in dark blue. Metal hood, fenders and running boards painted in off-white. Removable tarp in brown plastic, with the inscriptions "LIVELY POLLY", "DRY SOAP" and "FOR EVERY HOUSEHOLD" printed on the sides. Metal base painted in metallic gray. No windshield glazing.
