Siku – 2-Achs-Anhänger

Image
Scale model of a trailer, the 2-Achs-Anhänger , made by  Siku . This example is reference 1077, included in the "Siku Super" series. It is made in China, introduced in 2007. Green plastic tipper body, with printed details. Metal chassis painted dark red. Detailed gray plastic rims, rubber tires with molded details. No suspension. The tipper body tilts to the left and the side panel (or flap) opens to allow for unloading. Pivoting front axle, incorporating a coupling device. Rear towing device. The nominal scale seems to be around 1:68 and the overall length is approximately 2.9/4.1 in. About 1.7 oz. Sometimes adapted for multiple functions, other times r...

It is a simple but attractive model, well detailed and robust. It comes with a tow hook (of maritime proportions!), allowing us to make an interesting " road train ". This trailer, the Mercedes Trailer, is in my collection under the themes "German Vehicles" and "Trailers & Special Equipment".  ● Modelo à escala de um atr...
